Overview

Understand how to ensure fair treatment and opportunity for all by identifying and eliminating discrimination in your environment. This course for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) will teach you how to highlight and deal with prejudices based on the characteristics of an individual or a group, seeking to exclude them from activities or opportunities.        

This fundamental EDI training focuses on the ethical and moral aspects of workplace cultures and personal conduct. You will be shown why we should appreciate and promote the abilities of others without making subconscious judgements due to external pressures or assumptions. This will enable you to write policies and behave in a way that will be conducive to a multicultural environment, helping your business or community become an example of aspirational principles and positive working.
